When to Seek Care

Preventive care is for everyone, regardless of age or current health. Schedule an appointment if you:

  • Haven’t had a physical or screening in over a year
  • Have a family history of chronic illness
  • Want to build a proactive plan for long-term health

Regular preventive visits help detect health issues early and keep you feeling your best year after year.

Preventative Care
By focusing on your health, we can prevent health problems from occurring. Annual wellness visits have shown to improve health and decrease illness. We can diagnose and treat most health care problems and will do our best to keep you healthy. As simple as it sounds, the best way to treat an illness is to avoid getting it in the first place. Of course, things like illness and injury are out of our control, and we never know when they’re going to strike.

Regular checkups, annuals, labs, and screenings can help you stay prepared and catch any signs of medical need before it becomes a bigger issue. At Family First we are changing the culture of healthy living from just fixing issues when they arise to preventing them in the first place.
