Which vaccine are you carrying?

We offer Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson.

Do I have to come back for a second shot?

Yes. A second shot is required 28 days after the initial dose for both the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines. We will schedule a return appointment after you have received the first shot.

Who can get a vaccine now? Who is next?

Anyone 12 years or older is now eligible for a vaccine.

Can kids get a vaccine?

At the moment, only ages 12 or older are eligible for a vaccine.

Can I get a vaccine if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you will need to consult your OB/GYN before receiving the vaccine.

What does it cost?

The vaccine is free for all patients with insurance. If you do not have insurance, there is a $45 administration fee.

Do I have to be a Family First patient to receive the vaccine?

No, but Family First patients will be first in line for administration of the vaccine.

 

Family First is now offering vaccinations for COVID-19. We currently offer Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnnson. The Moderna and Pfizer vaccines involve a series of two separate shots. The second shot is essential to successful vaccination against the virus, and is to be received 28 days after the initial dose. We will schedule a return appointment after the patient has received the first shot. Currently, anyone 12 years or older is eligible to receive a vaccine. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you will need to consult your OB/GYN before receiving the vaccine. The vaccine is free for all patients with insurance. If you do not have insurance, there is a $45 administration fee. While we are willing to treat everyone in need, Family First patients will be first in line for administration of the vaccine.
